New Merchandise
- We found several new Black Spire Outpost-themed items this week at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- This week’s line of Dooney & Bourke bags features Winnie-the-Pooh, but also has an Annual Passholder-exclusive bag!
- A special Star Wars plush inspired by a cancelled attraction has landed in Batuu too.
Other Walt Disney World Resort News
- A new Disney-themed AdventHealth emergency room will open this summer at Flamingo Crossings.
- Disney has updated their First Amendment lawsuit against Gov. Ron DeSantis to include recent retaliatory actions and comments he’s made.
- Exciting news! The Disney Dining Plan will be back in 2024!
- We have more details on that return of the Disney Dining Plan as well.
- Park Pass reservations will also no longer be required for date-based tickets starting next year.
- And, on select dates Cast Members and Annual Passholders won’t need reservations either!
- Disney also has some plans up their sleeve to simplify Genie+ and Lightning Lane usage.
Tokyo Disney Resort
- Tokyo Disney Resort is selling a vacation package this summer which includes a short experience for kids as a custodial Cast Member.
Disneyland Paris
- The limited-time “Avengers: Power the Night” drone show will return to the skies above Walt Disney Studios Park this fall.
- Construction continues on the Arendelle area at Walt Disney Studios Park.
Entertainment & Media
- Despite great hype, it seems “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” opened below box office expectations.

- Disney has revealed a new addition to the Eras series, themed to “Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color.“
