In addition to a new gingerbread lighthouse and the annual Christmas village, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is decorated with garlands, wreaths, and a large Christmas tree for the 2023 holiday season.
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort Decorations
The lampposts lining the pathway from the boardwalk to the resort are wrapped in garlands.
The garlands are adorned with white poinsettias, colorful baubles, blue and gold ribbons, and green lights.
The porte-cochere is also decorated with light-up garlands.
Blue and gold bows are held together by golden stars. More golden ornaments hang from these garlands.
There are globe ornaments mixed in with the regular baubles.
In the lobby, the resort’s Christmas tree is decorated with miniature sailboats.
They sit in the boughs between shiny nautical baubles.
There are velvet and gold net ribbons.
There are more garlands hanging from the balconies overlooking the lobby.
Two small trees frame the front entrance, sitting in boxes wrapped with silver fabric and blue velvet ribbon.
These trees are also decorated with sailboats and shiny baubles.
A matching wreath has similar decorations and a large velvet bow.

Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is on select nights through December 22. Tickets are only available for one remaining night. During the after-hours party, guests can enjoy Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, character meet and greets, and holiday attraction overlays. There are also complimentary treats, special menu items, and exclusive merchandise.
The new “Frozen Holiday Surprise” Cinderella Castle show is performed at Magic Kingdom once during regular park hours and once during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Disney Jollywood Nights is a new separately ticketed, adults-centric party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It takes place on select nights through December 20. Entertainment includes the variety show “Disney Holidays in Hollywood,” “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along,” and the “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” nighttime spectacular. Character meet and greets include Mickey & Friends in new outfits. The roaming Merry Menagerie puppets have returned to Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays featuring holiday kitchens, storytellers, and the Candlelight Processional will run from November 24 to December 30, 2023.
At Disney Springs, guests can enjoy a Christmas Tree Stroll featuring new trees inspired by “Wish” and Disney Vacation Club. A new roaming character named Douglas Fir is a walking, moving tree.
