Anthony Natale, a 52-year-old from Brick, New Jersey, has been charged with burglary of a conveyance with a battery, meaning he is accused of entering the victim’s car to commit battery. He has pleaded not guilty to the felony, Orange County Circuit Court records show.

One passer-by said she saw Natale and the driver getting into an argument over the parking space in the Watermelon surface parking lot.

“The female witness stated the verbal argument became physical, when the male exited his vehicle, approached the female, who was still seated in her vehicle and struck her in the face, through the open driver’s side window. The female witness stated a brief struggle ensued between the male and female,” the Orange County Sheriff’s report said.

The driver was not injured and declined medical treatment after the November 12 attack that happened just before 6 p.m. (It has taken the Orange County Sheriff’s Office weeks to release public records, which is why WDWNT is reporting it now.)

The dramatic scene was captured on video.

The sheriff’s report said a cell phone video exists that shows Natale physically restraining the driver as she sat inside her vehicle.

Several people got involved to separate them until the sheriff’s department arrived.

Natale was trespassed from Walt Disney World property and was taken to Orange County Jail. His next court hearing was scheduled for January 10. He requested a jury trial.

His attorney did not respond to a request for comment.
