The boats of Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey in Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea are reportedly flooding when loaded with the maximum number of guests.

On May 31, X user @loto__v shared one example of the issues. They posted two photos of a boat with water inside, stating it was the reason for the ride being delayed. A Cast Member was mopping up the water.

The boats are designed to fix a maximum of 16 guests. Cast Members aren’t overloading the boats but when 16 guests are loaded, the boats gradually take on water over the front and sides.

Two of the four Fantasy Springs rides are boat rides on actual water but we haven’t heard of issues with Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival.
