H2O+ Bottles Finally Replaced on Disney Cruise Line Ships

Two years after Pola Orbis Holdings discontinued the H2O+ brand, H2O+ bottles have finally been replaced on Disney Cruise Line ships.

H2O+ Bottles Replaced

Three bottles labeled Sea Marine body wash, conditioner, and shampoo with pumps are on a glass shelf against a white tiled wall with red and blue accents.

New logos are now displayed on most bottles of Disney Cruise Line hair and skincare products. The logo shows a Mickey Mouse head formed out of bubbles on the back of a breaking wave. A star twinkles above the design.

“Sea Salt” is written in cursive on the body wash bottle, while “Sea Marine” is written in cursive on the shampoo and conditioner. The logo and name of each item appear above a black line that sits on top of the description of the item.

A bottle of sea salt hand soap with a pump dispenser is placed on a bathroom sink counter, beside a white tiled wall.

The new design has also been added to hand soap bottles.

A bottle labeled "Sea Salt Body Lotion" with a pump dispenser stands on a glass shelf. The text reads "Deeply hydrates and softens with an oceanside scent." This H2O+ Bottles lotion can be found exclusively on Disney Cruise Line ships.

The only bottle that has yet to be replaced contains body lotion. As you can see in the photo above, a black sticker with the Disney Cruise Line logo (upside down in this case) has been placed over the old H2O+ logo. It should only be a matter of time before these bottles are replaced with the new design.

Earlier this year, Walt Disney World covered the H2O+ labels on the hair and skincare products at their resort hotels with stickers. Despite the changes to the H2O+ bottles, what is inside each remains the same as it has been for nearly two decades. That’s because, in 2023, Disney purchased the formulas for H2O+ products so they could continue to produce everything under their own brand.

Disney began its partnership with H2O+ in 2006, making soaps, shampoos, and lotions available in resort hotel rooms and Disney Cruise Line cabins. Before shutting down in 2022, H2O+ put out a set honoring Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary.

  1. It is ongoing, The state room hosts and hostesses were actually having filling parties!! During the halfway change on the seven night Eastern Caribbean, which was our 15th cruise, they changed a lot of them out as well.
