Disneyland Resort aired the first commercial for their 70th anniversary celebration during the “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade” special.

The 30-second spot doesn’t feature any new details about the celebration, which kicks off in May 2025 and runs into the summer of 2026. The ad features Mickey, in his new 70th anniversary costume, sending a magical invitation from Main Street, U.S.A. to guests. Watch the full ad below.
Guests can visit Disneyland.com/70 for more details about the upcoming celebration. Other Disneyland 70th offerings will include the Mickey and Friends Celebrate Happiness! cavalcade, the “Celebrate Happy” theme song, the debut of Walt Disney – A Magical Life featuring a Walt Disney animatronic, the return of the Paint the Night nighttime parade, and the new World of Color Happiness.
The Wondrous Journeys fireworks and“Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration parade will also return. A logo for the anniversary celebration was revealed at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Sleeping Beauty Castle will be decorated for the celebration. There will be a Disneyland 70th anniversary merchandise collection.
The full event slate for Disneyland Resort in 2025 includes the return of Oogie Boogie Bash, Disneyland After Dark events, and more.
