For its final June weekly cookie release, Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has brought back the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie.

As with the previous weeks in June, the menu card for this month remains the same even though the weekly limited edition cookie has changed. This month’s character is Gilbert, a gilled creature who just wants to make a friend this summer.
White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie – $6.50

This cookie was previously available earlier this year, but was replaced by the Key Lime Chocolate Chip cookie after a white chocolate shortage caused its early disappearance. In a post on Instagram, Gideon’s Bakehouse announced the return along with their description of the cookie:
We can’t just give you a standard White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what makes this cookie so extra special. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a fun dessert packed with flavors. Plus, we’ve added a generous coating of delicious Macadamia Nut Crumble to the top! Perfect with every bite!?
We found the cookie to be very gooey and soft, more so than usual for a treat from Gideon’s Bakehouse. With a rich caramel flavor, this salty and sweet mixture might be the perfect pairing for you. Although, we do wish it had more macadamia nuts for an added bit of crunch. We recommend sharing this with someone else, as it is a heavy treat. The crumble on top will get everywhere, so be careful when enjoying this cookie.

As with most seasonal cookies at Gideon’s Bakehouse, there is a limit of two cookies per person. They are available daily while supplies last. As it is the last cookie of the month for June, Gideon’s also teased that guests may even receive a free item with their purchase this week.
Rank out of 7: 4
Rather than offering a limited edition cookie for the entire month as usual, Gideon’s Bakehouse offered a different limited edition cookie each week for June 2025. This particular cookie will be available today, June 22, through June 30. Other cookies from earlier this month included:
- Week One: Toasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip
- Week Two: Mint Cookies & Cream Cookie
- Week Three: Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie
