Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops will open at the first Storyliving by Disney community this fall.

The area will offer “a curated mix of premier experiences” including restaurant Elevare, locally owned On the Mark Fine Foods & Provisions and Khaga Yoga, and the first U.S. location of Canadian-based specialty coffee shop Artigiano.

Visitors will be able to enjoy Cotino Bay for a fee.

“Our vision for Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops goes beyond a new development — we’re creating a vibrant new destination the entire region can enjoy,” said Claire Bilby, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses. “This curated mix of shopping and dining paired with the must-visit appeal of Cotino Bay Beach really enhances the community lifestyle here by creating new opportunities for residents and visitors to experience the magic of the Cotino community.”

Last year, Cotino opened the Artisan Club, a membership-based club including a restaurant, beach bar, gym, outdoor sports courts, and creative studios.

Cotino is located in Rancho Mirage, California, part of Coachella Valley, which was a beloved vacation spot for Walt Disney.
