Big Dipper Cheeseburger – $15.99
Beef patty, American cheese, B&B pickles, and caramelized onions on a toasted bun with pepperoncini cheese sauce served with choice of Cuties Mandarin Oranges or fries

Yes, pepperoncini cheese!
It saved this dish from being just average. The patty was fine, a typical medium well angus Disney patty, caramelized onions, and bread & butter pickles made this a sweeter patty melt flavor profile. Points for inverting the bun, it was a nice addition to help out the item. Points for cuter theming and presentation. And points for there being enough cheese sauce to make the fries into cheese fries.
Otherwise, the burger as a whole was quite average and a touch too sweet.

Winner’s Circle Chicken and Waffle – $17.49
Crispy, golden-fried chicken and a buttermilk waffle with whipped butter and maple syrup

I was not the biggest fan, to be honest, and it was because of the chicken. However, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. It had been sitting for half an hour in a ton of butter, so that made the inside dry and the outside soggy.
The breading was lighter and quite decent with a bit of a kick. I personally don’t like chicken thighs, so the chicken genuinely looked a little unappetizing, but I can understand that if someone liked chicken thighs and got this hot and fresh, they would enjoy it.
The waffle was great. Golden and fluffy, crispy on the outside, soft inside, with that malted batter we know and love.

Tuned up Fenders – $14.49
Crispy chicken fenders tossed in a choice of sauce

Great portion for the price, a simple addition to a solid chicken tender that elevated it. The buffalo is a medium heat but slightly more nuanced than the typical buffalo sauce. Disney already has good, better-than-average chicken tenders, and this bumped them up, hence the 5.
(You can choose between buffalo or teriyaki sauces).

Fillmore Groovy Greens – $11.99
Romaine and kale, bean and corn salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, crispy quinoa, toasted sunflower seeds, and zesty dressing (plant-based)
Fillmore Groovy Greens with Crispy Chicken Fenders – $14.79
Crispy chicken fenders, romaine and kale, bean and corn salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, crispy quinoa, toasted sunflower seeds, and zesty dressing

Yes. A seven for a salad. Creators around me were shocked and also in agreement.
It’s very good. Fresh ingredients, great texture variations, the crispy quinoa is delicious and a great flavor addition. The bean and corn salad is a bit blistered, and the flavor is delicious. Kale is fresh but not bitter or abrasive in flavor. Chicken is a typical solid chicken tender that’s tasty and mixed well with the fresh salad. The dressing is slightly citrusy and vinegary, but light and a perfect complement. A take on an Italian dressing, but more unique.
Overall, a great, healthier, unique choice without compromising on flavor, will definitely get again.

Ka-Cheeseburger – $14.79
Beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and B&B pickles on a toasted bun served with a choice of Cuties Mandarin Oranges or fries

A below-average cheeseburger made worse by bread and butter pickles. They should be dill. Why are they sweet on a regular burger?! Literally, this is just a cheeseburger; there’s nothing great about it. It’s fine. I probably wouldn’t throw it away if I were hungry, but I would never reach for it

Mini Buckwheat Waffles – $8.49
with sugar-free syrup

Disappointment all around. One point is the cute design with Flo and Mater on one side and the other. Another point is because there is still that underlying malt of a Mickey waffle that saves it slightly. But it tastes like diet food and leaves a bit of a film in your mouth. I would not give this to my kids unless they had underdeveloped taste buds and liked Cars A LOT.
Also, the menu indicates guests will receive two waffles, but we only received one.

Fast Track Loaded Fries – $11.99
Fries topped with hearty chili, pepperoncini cheese sauce, sliced pepperoncini, and diced onions

Great portion, very shareable. Delicious, hearty chili, big chunks of fresh veggies. Quite the kick, but not as spicy as the regular chili. The fresh pepperoncinis and onions on top were top-notch. The pepperoncini cheese was surprisingly great, unique, and definitely brined and vinegary, but tangy with a kick.
Another unique dish that took a good portion of already good Disney fries and made them so much better. A very elevated chili fry.

Cup of Chili – $7.99
Hearty chili with cheddar cheese, diced onions, and cone-shaped cornbread

Amazing flavor. Big chunks of veggies and pretty spicy for Disney, so not for everyone, but I really enjoyed it. Rich and robust without any one favor taking too much of the spotlight. One point removed for this smaller portion at this price.
Lots of meat and ingredients, and everything was cooked well, nothing too mushy or too hard. Same chili as on the fries, had it cold, and it was still pretty good. Better than Walt’s Chili at Carnation Cafe.

Start Your Engine Cold Brew – $7.29
Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Cold Brew with caramel premium syrup, and a swirl of caramel topped with housemade caramel-flavored cream and a caramel sauce drizzle (Non-alcoholic)

An average cold brew with the slight edge for being Joffrey’s. The caramel was very sweet, and the top was quite artificial-tasting. Mixed in was better, but slightly too bitter and yet still artificial for me to like this a lot.
Better than some cold brews I’ve tried, but worse than others. Very non-special and middle of the road, but if you like caramel cold brew, you will probably like this

Stop Sign Cream Soda Pop – $7.79
Sprite with housemade strawberry and coconut cream topped with housemade strawberry cream and strawberry-flavored flakes (Non-alcoholic)

A science experiment in a glass, but great flavor! Unique texture, like an Italian soda that is jarring if you aren’t used to it, but you get over it. Flavor-wise, the perfect blend of Sprite and natural strawberry cream flavor.
The more it melted and mixed, the more the coconut came through and ended up tasting like a strawberry daiquiri. The cereal on top adds good flavor and texture, but it gets soggy, so eat it first. Beware the fizz, but the flavors are worth the mess.
