According to the Disney Careers website, the restaurant is looking for a new chef to take over the restaurant. Chef Imbert, the original head chef, is a Michelin-starred chef and a lifelong Disney fan.

Having called the reservation number, we can confirm that the restaurant should remain open until at least August 2026. Considering the restaurant first opened its door on March 5, the contract with Jean Imbert might expire around that time next month, as the venue has only been open for a year.

The Disneyland Hotel embodies the excellence of Disney hospitality more than ever, in a unique royal setting at the entrance to Disneyland Park.

With the opening of La Forêt Secrète , the hotel has expanded its gastronomic offering by providing an exceptional dining experience where each dish tells a story inspired by the world of Disney.

In this context, we are looking for our passionate, committed and inspiring Head Chef to provide our guests with a unique sensory experience.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus around Disney themes, managing the kitchen on a daily basis, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service. (translated from French)

The venue used to be the Founders’ Club, which was an exclusive suite used for events and business meetings for Official Partners of Disneyland Paris (similarly to the corporate lounges of EPCOT). Jean Imbert actually had a previous experience inside the venue for a month in 2018, when it was called the ‘Petit Jean Experience’. It is on the same floor as the ‘Castle Club’ and can only be accessed with a private lift.

The prices of the three and five-course menus range from 140 euros to 200 euros, while a children’s menu is only 70 euros and is the only one to include drinks. The restaurant serves dishes inspired by classic Disney films, such as an enchanted apple, Mrs. Potts’ broth, and Remy’s ratatouille, which matches the film’s version much more closely than the one at Bistrot Chez Rémy. It’s only an evening service.
