Construction walls have gone up around Refreshment Port, home for specialty poutines and soft-serve ice cream near EPCOT’s World Showcase. The kiosk has been closed since January 12 with no reopening date in sight.
Refreshment Port Refurbishment

Construction walls extend from the side of Swirled Showcase, around Refreshment Port, ending before the Canada pavilion’s festival booth. EPCOT is currently hosting the Flower & Garden Festival, but it looks like Refreshment Port will be closed for most of the festival, if not for the whole duration.

The Walt Disney World website still does not list a reopening date for Refreshment Port. The calendar is currently available through May 9 and the venue is still listed as closed through that date. The festival runs through June 1.
Other than construction walls, there have been no signs of work at Refreshment Port, indicating refurbishment may be focused on the kiosk’s kitchen.
