A second large crane is now parked at the construction site for the Monsters, Inc. door roller-coaster, part of a new Monstrpolis land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The two cranes will be used to install more supports and track pieces. The Monsters, Inc. ride will be Disney’s first vertical lift and first suspended coaster.
Monstropolis replaces Muppets Courtyard, with the former MuppetVision 3D theater being transformed into The Glob. PizzeRizzo and Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano will be re-themed into new dining venues. Many facades have been stripped to studs.
The Muppets, meanwhile, have moved across the park to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.
