Disney has filed a new permit that affects the Alien Swirling Saucer attraction in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Alien Swirling Saucer Permit Filed
Filed on May 28, 2026, the permit is for Icarus Exhibits, Inc. to “install set elements” at 200 Ascot Drive, Bay Lake, Florida 32830, the location of Alien Swirling Saucers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The permit expires in one year from now unless extended.
Icarus Exhibits is a frequent collaborator with Disney Imagineering, recently working on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Monstropolis, and the new Indiana Jones ride coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Disney has not officially announced any updates or closures, so this is likely to refresh for some of the ride’s elements. It’s possible the ride will remain open.
