The restrooms in Avengers Campus are being added as part of a major expansion to the Disney California Adventure land. The Cars theming, which is visible from Cars Land, is a recent addition.
Avengers Campus Construction
From Cars Land, we can view the theming that has been painted on the side of the new restrooms. The painted-on sign reads “Pop n Patch — Tire Repair — No Spare, No Problem!” A construction vehicle is visible above the walls.
Pop n Patch is a closed tire repair shop in Radiator Springs. Even though it’s in Avengers Campus, Disney has themed this section of the facade for Cars since this where guests will see it.
There is still plenty of space on the facade for more Cars theming.
Meanwhile, Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab are under construction behind Avengers Headquarters. We haven’t seen much visible progress here, but we did see a crane moving pieces.
Avengers Campus Expansion
Guests will jump through the multiverse during Avengers Infinity Defense, battling King Thanos. Stark Flight Lab stars Robert Downey Jr. returning as Iron Man, leading guests through a test of new tech.
The land expansion will nearly double Avengers Campus in size. Other expansion projects at Disney California Adventure include a new Avatar land and a Coco ride.
