Good morning from EPCOT and Happy Disney + day! Today there is early entry for Disney + subscribers and we get to enter EPCOT a half hour before the park opens.
In addition to early entry, complimentary ear hats and buttons were available for guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Disney+ Day. Unfortunately there were no ear hats and buttons available to Disney + subscribers at EPCOT.
To enter the park for early entry we had to show proof of our Disney + membership. Guests staying in select Walt Disney World Resort were able to enter 60 minutes before regular park open.
It was great being able to enter the park 30 minutes early today. The crowds were very light and most rides were a walk-on. We wish that they would have had more Disney + offerings at all 4 parks.
The Spaceship Earth light-up Minnie ears are back in stock in Creations Shop at EPCOT. It’s been a year since these ears have been in stock and we think these ears will fly off the shelves again.
A new Bambi mug was available in Creations Shop. This mug features an allover design of Bambi and has a gold bottom on the mug.
There is a new keychain inspired by ‘Coco,’ we spotted in Creations Shop. This keychain features a sugar skull, marigold petals, and a guitar.
We spotted the Vans x Walt Disney World 50th anniversary sneakers in Port of Entry in EPCOT.
A new Walt Disney World 50th anniversary visor is available in Port of Entry. The visor features ”Walt Disney World” text in pink embroidered on the front and a Fantasyland Castle icon on the side.
We took a look at the America Gardens theater to see if any progress has been made on the clean up from a recent fire. In case you missed it, a fire had broke out after a performance of Harmonious on September 6th. We then posted an article showing crews cleaning up the damage at the America Gardens theater yesterday. It is still unknown what caused the fire.
The park was pretty empty this morning at EPCOT. Crowds were nonexistent and wait times were pretty low.
The popular Werther’s Original caramel and gingerbread cookie is back at Karamell-Küche in EPCOT.
