The light-up Acid Spitter Orb Sipper first released at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is now inexplicably available at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. in Disney Springs.
Acid Spitter Orb Sipper – $18.79
The sipper was released at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios for May the 4th, a.k.a. Star Wars Day.
At B.B. Wolf’s, the sipper is the same price and still comes with the guest’s choice of fountain beverage.
The sipper is plastic, but resembles a glass or crystal orb in a metal carrier. The orb is translucent purple with a crystalline design. The fake metal pieces are around the top and bottom of it, with a row of rivets around the center. The button for the light effect is on the bottom. The sipper is not dishwasher or microwave safe and is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
The top of the orb with the straw and handle pops off, revealing the acid spitter inside. These blue and purple creatures with yellow eyes were first introduced in Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge, the Oculus Quest VR game. These aggressive creatures can be found in the Batuu Wilds. Bartender Seezelslak uses their tails in a drink that also includes terateak pods and demlin scales.
This is a different version of the previous orb sipper, which was blue and gold and contained a paddy frog.
