Photos of Menu Items for Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts
Chorizo and Potato Empanada with Turmeric Aïoli and Annatto Aïoli – $6.75

This is best savory dish of the event. It is a massive portion, stuffed full of well cooked potatoes and chorizo. The sauces add a spicy kick that is not too intense for any palate. An EPCOT snack that can be truly filling. Highly recommended. We rate this a 7 out of 7.
Spicy Ajiaco Soup with Guajillo and Árbol Chili-Spiced Chicken, Potato, Avocado, Corn and Crème Fraîche – $6.00

Another dish with a great portion size for the price point. The soup has many different flavors with the right level of a spicy, flavorful kick. The chicken is tender. The only problem we had was the potatoes were slightly undercooked. We rate this a 6 out of 7.
Passion Fruit-Filled Mango Cheesecake with Coconut-Pineapple Cake, Dragon Fruit Gelée and Dragon Fruit-Strawberry Sauce – $5.25

While a lot is going on with this pastry, we love the way the textures play together. The mousse is airy and the cake is delicate, making a perfectly light dessert. The flavors are subtle but make a nice tropical mix. We rate this a 6 out of 7.
*NEW* Layered Tropical Berry Smoothie: Wild Berry, Piña Colada, and Strawberry (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.00

This gets bonus points for being served in a souvenir plastic cup. For the price, it makes it a great value and allows those who don’t drink to get a nice drink souvenir. The piña colada flavors are a little more subtle than we’d prefer, but the various berries come through nicely. It’s a slushy, so it’s cold and refreshing. We rate this a 5 out of 7.
*NEW* Collective Arts Guava Dream Blonde Ale, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (5.0% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with Collective Arts Brewing: “Pouring a vibrant golden hue and radiating the enticing aroma of sun-ripened guava, our Guava Blonde Ale is the perfect companion for warm summer days. Taking inspiration from the beloved Guava Gose, we’ve crafted this fruited blonde ale to strike a flawless balance between tropical sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Light-bodied with subtle fruit-forward notes, this brew is designed to keep you coming back sip after sip. Your summer escape, captured in a glass!”
*NEW* Layered Tropical Berry Smoothie with Sailor Jerry Rum ($24/bottle) – $14.50

This is the exact same drink as the non-alcoholic version but with rum. However, we could not taste the rum. Maybe they forgot to actually put the rum in it, though it does taste watered down in comparison to the non-alcoholic version. When spending an extra $10 to add a splash of rum, we’d like to be able to taste it. We rate this a 1 out of 7.
