Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina has returned for its fourth appearance at the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. “Feast on authentic Colombian cuisine inspired by the Disney animated film Encanto.” The 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts takes place January 12 – February 19, 2024.

House-Made Chorizo and Potato Empanada with Turmeric Aïoli and Annatto Aïoli – $6.75
This is best savory dish of the event. It is a massive portion, stuffed full of well cooked potatoes and chorizo. The sauces add a spicy kick that is not too intense for any palate. An EPCOT snack that can be truly filling. Highly recommended. We rate it a 7 out of 7.
*NEW* Passion Fruit-Filled Mango Cheesecake with Coconut-Pineapple Cake, Dragon Fruit Gelée and Dragon Fruit-Strawberry Sauce – $5.00
While a lot is going on with this pastry, we love the way the textures play together. The mousse is airy and the cake is delicate, making a perfectly light dessert. The flavors are subtle but make a nice tropical mix. We’d rate it a 6 out of 7.
Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.00
This is passion fruit forward with a hint of coconut. There’s coconut shavings in it. It might be worth it just for the cute souvenir cup. We rate this a 4 out of 7.
Frozen Piña Colada – $14.50
This is a nice drink for a warm day. It’s your standard piña colada, but sometimes that’s all you want. We rate this a 4 out of 7.
Passion Fruit Daiquiri – $14.50
This tastes like the POG juice at many Walt Disney World restaurants. We couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. We wouldn’t necessarily recommend this, but if those are the flavors you like, it’s passable. We rate this a 3 out of 7.

The food is delicious but I’m sad they had an Encanto booth with no arepas!
