Trowel & Trellis Hosted by Impossible™ Foods premiered at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in 2019, and returns for its seventh year in 2025. “Indulge in hearty, craveable dishes—including plant-based meatballs.” This year’s 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival takes place March 5 – June 2, 2025.

The meat was tender, and the barbecue flavor was very prominent. Our particular pieces didn’t have a ton of meat on them, but it’s difficult for ribs to be consistent. We were, however, a bit let down at the size of them, considering you only receive two.

There’s a lot of good seasoning in here, and it has a texture close to a meatball. The spice comes through as a slow burn on the back end. The lentil wrap is so good. We’ll have this again.
Chocolate Mousse Terrarium with Matcha Crumble and Chocolate Soil – $5.50

Chocolate fans will enjoy this, but it’s nothing special. The chocolate soil gives a nice crunch, but it’s basically a fancy version of pudding dirt cups. Previous versions of this dish have been served, but unlike those, this one is not vegan.

This tasted like the fan-favorite POG (pineapple orange grapefruit) juice. It was a good juice, but a small serving for being non-alcoholic.

This tasted like POG juice with rum. It reminded us of a tiki cocktail. Nice and refreshing and a tad bit tart.
