Teriyaki Chicken Bun: Steamed Bun Filled with Minced Chicken, Vegetables, and Teriyaki Sauce – $7.95

Inside of this delicately prepared bao bun is a good amount of shredded chicken tossed in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The menu description says there’re vegetables in there, but there’s far more chicken than vegetables—and that’s a good thing! There’s a lot of value here in the relatively large portion for the price, especially in EPCOT Festival terms. It’s a tasty and safe bet for this year’s festival.

*NEW* Beef Wagyu Don: Traditional Japanese Rice Bowl with American Wagyu Beef Blend Over Steamed White Rice Served with Homemade Pickles, Shredded Togarashi Pepper, and Pickled Ginger – $9.50

There is a very vinegar-heavy flavor in this dish. It almost tastes like a ground up McDonald’s hamburger on rice. It isn’t bad, and everything is cooked well. This is just not something we would get again.

*NEW* Osakana Karaage: Crispy-Fried Pollock with Spicy Mayonnaise and a Sweet-and-Creamy Yuzu Sauce – $8.50

This is better than we expected, although not the best snack for a hot Florida day. It is composed of soft breading and pollock fish cake. The sweet-and-creamy yuzu sauce added a nice flavor.

*NEW* Peachy Mango Boba: Crafted Calpico Peach Juice with Mango Popping Boba (Non-Alcoholic) – $7.00

This had a very strong artificial flavor from the Calpico. It was also not served chilled and definitely needs to be.

*NEW* Brewlando Brewing Fuji Apple IPA, Orlando, FL (6.8% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $10.00 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with Brewlando: “Bold hops meet orchard-fresh sweetness in this crisp, refreshing IPA. From the very first sip, the crisp, juicy sweetness of Fuji apple shines through—bright, lively, and as satisfying as biting into perfectly ripe fruit straight from the orchard. Layered with bold hop character and a smooth, balanced bitterness, this IPA finishes clean, leaving a light, invigorating freshness on the palate. Vibrant, fruit-forward, and endlessly refreshing, Fuji Apple IPA is a fusion of orchard sweetness and IPA boldness—crafted for those who crave flavor that’s as crisp and memorable as the apple itself.”
*NEW* Sake-Politan Cocktail: Sake with Simply® Cranberry Juice and a Hint of Yuzu – $8.75

The sweetness of this overpowers the sake flavor. It is also very sticky and syrupy.
