After months of construction, the outdoor seating expansion of Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe at the Magic Kingdom has finally been completed. You may remember a few months ago that the smaller exterior seating area and new restrooms were completed. Now, the entire restaurant is surrounded by new exterior seating areas.
