Available at Roaring Fork, one of the quick service restaurants at Wilderness Lodge. You may remember a few weeks ago we discussed ALL DAY MICKEY WAFFLES available there. Well they’ve upped the ante again with this spectacular chocolate mousse. Chocolate and vanilla to be exact, the Luxo Jr ball is a soft white chocolate shell with vanilla mousse below and hardened chocolate in the middle.
This is balanced on top of more chocolate mousse stuffed into a perfectly baked brownie. Every piece of this dessert is delectable, perfect, and works well with each other creating one of the richest desserts we’ve had in a long time.
