Disneyland Resort launched the new Get Your Ears On Celebration this year in honor of Mickey and Minnie’s 90th birthday last November. Fried Chicken and Beignets from Cafe Orleans – $21.00
It seems like a weird combo, beignets with buffalo chicken, but it works. The beignets were cooked perfectly, the Herb Bacon Coleslaw was a great pairing, and the waffle fries were seasoned just right. We would order this dish again and again.
Minnie-Inspired Sundae from The Golden Horseshoe- $7.99
The espresso chip gelato is delicious on its own, but when you add in the chocolate churro and the chocolate creme-filled cookies, it rises to new levels. The cherry compote was a nice touch. This dessert is definitely a great way to pay homage to one of the greatest characters in entertainment history.
Mickey Jumbo Pretzel from River Belle Terrace – $11.50
The sweet mustard dipping sauce and the cheese sauce steal the show with this one. The pretzel itself is high quality on its own, but those sauces were both on point.

Caramel Corn Churro from Willie’s Churros – $5.75
A caramel corn churro does not sound fancy on paper. The caramel drizzle was warm and the popcorn was an appreciated salty touch. It was crispy, salty, a tad sweet, and perfect. This was easily the best churro of the day and a steal at that price.
Mickey Cookies ‘N Cream Shake from Schmoozies! – $5.99
The cups are cutely decorated to look like Mickey. The ratio of cookies to ice cream is perfect. It’s thick, but not too thick like some milkshakes. It wasn’t overly sweet and the whipped cream and sprinkles mixed in nicely.
Mickey Fun Wheel Cookie from Gourmet Coffee Cart – $5.00
At $5.00, this giant cookie is a steal. It is fun, colorful, and good. Easily sharable and definitely photo-worthy.
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
Mickey’s Baked Alaska from Hearthstone Lounge – $10.00
This dessert easily could have been a sugar bomb, but it wasn’t. It was well-balanced and fun to eat. Do yourself a favor and head over to the Hearthstone Lounge and try this.

Okay, so maybe this is cheating, but we had a hard time keeping the list short. If you still have money to spend and room in your stomach, these items are worth the indulgence.
Cookie Butter Monkey Bread from River Belle Terrace – $10.00
When the monkey bread comes out in the skillet, people start turning their heads. The warm cinnamon pull apart bread is delightful on its own. Adding vanilla ice cream, cookie butter, and the cookie butter cookie kicks it up to another level.
Lobster Pot Pie Soup from Harbour Galley – $14.99
You don’t have to love seafood to love this new soup at Harbour Galley. The lobster itself didn’t taste very fishy and the soup was very creamy, buttery, and smooth. We could not get enough!
Birthday Hat Macaron from Cozy Cone Motel – $5.99
The outside was light and crisp while the inside was soft and delicious. The texture was perfect. It tastes like sugar on sugar with a hint of blue raspberry and cotton candy. This is worth the purchase if for no other reason than finding all the hidden sprinkles.
