Along with the new Future World East pathway and extended construction walls at EPCOT, the park also has a new Guest Experience Team location. This brings the total number of locations at EPCOT to three, which are must-needed to help guests navigate and get help in the now-fragmented park.
The new location is right at the entry to the World Showcase. In this photo, World Showcase Lagoon is behind us and Spaceship Earth is in the distance. You can see the Guest Experience Team cast member right by the green umbrella.
Across from the Figment topiary and EPCOT Festival of the Arts’ Chalk Art Gallery, this cast member is ready to assist!
The Guest Experience Team helps guests in need of help with directions through new walkways and construction, FastPass+, Advance Dining Reservations and more.
Due to construction, the already existing Guest Experience Team stations were moved. This one at Future World West is now at the end of the Seas bypass, across from The Seas with Nemo & Friends.
On the other side of Future World, the third Guest Experience Team cast member is located between Mission: SPACE and the temporary MouseGear.
As you can see, all three of the locations still do not have the theming the the other Guest Experience Team locations have at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the other parks.
Do you think the three Guest Experience Teams are enough to help keep guests from getting lost in the current maze of EPCOT? Let us know in the comments.
