The hotel and dining reservation system for Walt Disney World Resort is currently down for both guests and Cast Members.

When attempting to access individual restaurant pages at disneyworld.com, this screen displays:

The hotel reservation bar normally displayed at the top of the disneyworld.com homepage is missing:

An error message appears in the Disney World app:

When calling for reservations, the system is also unavailable.

While in the parks, one of our reporters was told at Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen that cast members couldn’t create reservations. However, they didn’t seem to have trouble accessing reservations already booked.
