Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums Available at Local Winter Garden Bakery During Drive-Up Bake Sale This Weekend

If you’ve got a hankering for some num nums––that is, Jack-Jack’s Cookie Num Nums from Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a local bakery is opening up to the public this weekend to offer the famed cookies as well as a full menu of other delicious baked goods.

Originally hailing from Disney California Adventure’s Pixar Pier, Jack-Jack’s Cookie Num Nums made their way to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the start of “An Incredible Celebration” in 2019.

The Winter Garden bakery, known as Douce France Bakery, bakes the cookies for the stand at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, plus a number of other baked goods for other locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort and nearby theme parks. Douce France has been greatly impacted by the parks closure, so it’s begun a series of bake sales, promoted through the bakery’s Facebook page. We came to find out about the bake sale coming up this weekend thanks to a post on Twitter by @JulFromFL, and while lines may be a bit longer with the word getting out about the bake sale, it’s definitely going towards a good cause––keeping a local business up and running!

The bake sale will run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday. While there is no minimum purchase required (yes, you can roll up and just order a Num Num Cookie), it is first-come, first-served, so getting there bright and early is your best bet. Credit cards and cash are accepted, and you can find the full price sheet below:

Cookie Num Nums will run you $3.00 for each 7-ounce puck. They’re a dense, hefty cookie, so you won’t need too many to fill up. Customers on their Facebook page seem to also rave about their croissants, so you might as well add some of those to your order, too.

Douce France Bakery is located at: 610 Business Park Blvd, Winter Garden, 34787. Due to social distancing protocols, the bakery asks that customers drive up to the main building and wait for staff to come assist them at their vehicle.

So, will you be driving up to Douce France Bakery this Saturday morning for some Disney’s Hollywood Studios-inspired breakfast? If you head out to the bakery, let us know how your experience went! The bakery holds bake sales nearly every weekend, so make sure to check their Facebook for future Num Num opportunities.

I tried the recipe that was making the rounds last week. It was really good, which surprised me. The only thing I couldn’t get to work was the size and depth of the Parks version. I don’t have any cookie pans to do that form factor. I ended up just making regular sized cookies. Honestly, for at home normal sized is better, as it lets me use them as smaller sized bribes for my kids. :)
