Walt Disney World Chefs Release Digital Cookbook Available Now; Proceeds to Benefit James Beard Foundation Relief Fund For Local Restaurants

A chef from Tiffins at Disney’s Animal Kingdom has teamed up with other chefs from across Walt Disney World Resort (and their friends) to release a digital cookbook that is not only affordable and easy to use and download, but goes towards a good cause.

“FOOD AND FRIENDS, 12 Original Recipes From Walt Disney World Chefs and their Friends” is a new eCookbook released by The Chef Sisters, a team of twin sisters named Karista Bennett and Kristin Bryan. Bryan, a chef at Tiffins, spoke on the motivation behind creating the digital cookbook:

When our day-to-day work lives came to an abrupt halt due to the pandemic, like so many others around the globe, it hit us hard. However, I work for a company founded on the motto, “Dream, Believe, Dare, Do.” And, with another one of Walt’s quotes ringing in my head, “The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing,” I decided to apply the wisdom.

Featuring five Chefs and 12 original recipes, this cookbook, which retails for $5.99, features personal family favorites that will put a smile on faces at your table. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will also benefit the James Beard Foundation Relief Fund for small, local restaurants. You can purchase the eCookbook for $5.99 by clicking here.

For a limited time when you purchase the “FOOD AND FRIENDS” eCookbook, you’ll also be automatically entered to win a Baumalu Copper Sauté pan ($98 value!) To enter without purchase, simply sign up for the Chef Sisters newsletter or enter the giveaway via Instagram. A winner will be selected on Sunday, May 3rd.
