FULL Park Pass Availability Replenished in September and October for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, Including Labor Day Weekend

Another day, another change in the Disney Park Pass Availability calendar. However, this seems to be another rare instance of good news, as Disney has quietly added availability at all four parks for Annual Passholders in September (yes, including Labor Day weekend), October, and for good measure, November.

To check for the most current and up-to-date Disney Park Pass availability, you can take a look at the calendar here. As a reminder, Annual Passholders are limited to three rolling Park Pass reservations at a time, in addition to any acquired via a Disney Resort hotel stay.

September, October and November are now seeing FULL availability for Annual Passholders at all four parks, including Labor Day weekend. With Halloween decor and even costumes now allowed at the Magic Kingdom starting on September 15, Passholders will want to make Magic Kingdom reservations starting then.

All weekends in October are now showing full availability, whereas Disney’s Hollywood Studios had been fully booked through weekends. On Halloween, both Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios were previously fully booked, but are now fully available for Annual Passholders.

November 7 had also recently been fully booked at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but no longer. The entire month is showing full availability for Annual Passholders now.

Personally, I thought it was a glitch at first, given the apparent demand for Labor Day weekend, but was able to secure Saturday and Sunday at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on a whim—a true silver screen miracle.

Interestingly enough, Disney Resort Guests are seeing replenished availability on September 4 and 5, however Disney’s Hollywood Studios is still not available on September 6 or 7.

Similarly, Theme Park Tickets Guests are seeing very limited availability over Labor Day weekend, and no Disney’s Hollywood Studios availability on September 7, 8, or 12.

Well, what are you waiting for, Annual Passholders? Go book some park passes! If you’re looking to make reservations, you can check out our step-by-step guide here.

As a reminder, while the State of Florida recently stated it was open to expanding capacity at the theme parks, limited park capacity is still in place at Walt Disney World. Usually when availability changes, it’s the result of reallocations between the three “buckets” of availability between Annual Passholders, Disney Resort Guests, and Theme Park Tickets Guests, and not an indication of additional capacity.

  1. Jessica: Thank you so much for the heads-up on the annual passholder replenishment by Disney. I am bringing my mother on her first vacation in a long time and was disheartened to found out that she could go to MK on most days in our trip window, but I could not as an annual passholder. I found that somewhat greedy of Disney… passholders spend money in the parks, too! After seeing your post, I just made the gamble and cancelled our joint reservations at Epcot, and thankfully found MK to be available next week when we arrive. You would think that with four theme parks, AP’s should have the ability to do FOUR rolling reservations instead of THREE, but that just makes common sense… you have to settle for three parks during your trip, or hope that after arrival and visiting one park, you might be able to reserve the one you are missing on your itinerary before you leave.

Regardless of my thoughts on Disney and their systems, THANK YOU for sharing the news when you spotted it! Very grateful, indeed! You have made my disabled mother very happy!
