PHOTOS: New Directional Signage Installed for Upcoming Grand Floridian Walkway at the Magic Kingdom

With the upcoming walkway and bridge to the Magic Kingdom from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa nearly completed, new directional signage has been added to the entrance of the park.

A lamppost now features directions for the Grand Floridian Walkway along with directions to the Ferryboat and the Disney Resort bus terminal.

The arrow does point at the dock that is currently under construction, as the completed walkway will lead guests to that general area. However, we have seen a temperature screening tent and temporary ramps set up near the Monorail station at the park, so the walkway could follow different guest traffic flow when it first opens.

  1. I think this simple addition will be pretty amazing. I wonder how long of a walk it will be? And the whole loop? That would be a good morning stroll before going to the parks!
