Magic Kingdom

- Today, the Disney Parks Blog teased a series of ongoing Magic Kingdom enhancements in time for the park’s monumental 50th anniversary celebration beginning October 1st, 2021
- The Confectionery at the Magic Kingdom “will receive a fresh new look, expanded layout with more room to shop and interactive opportunities to customize your confections like never before,” and we have some fresh new details for you here
- Stroller parking and standing tables have replaced the Agrabah Bazaar, the Aladdin-themed shop in Adventureland
- While the parks are still busy with vacationers, the majority of the local Spring Break crowds have gone home, which has left us a tiny bit more breathing room as we park hop from Magic Kingdom to EPCOT in this most recent photo report
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- It seems that the planned refurbishment at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, likely to install Incredibles-themed rooms, has begun ahead of schedule, as a room in the main tower now has its balcony covered with a tan tarp
Other Walt Disney World News

- As of Monday, March 29th, anyone in Florida over age 40 will be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and on April 5th, all residents over 18 will be eligible for the vaccine
- With capacity still limited at the Walt Disney World theme parks, Park Pass availability remains extremely limited throughout this month and next, though some passes have been replenished on certain dates
- Phase 2 of the World Drive/Floridian Way construction project is progressing quickly in between Magic Kingdom parking and Bear Island Road
Disneyland Resort

- Disneyland has unveiled plans for a theme park expansion, as well as new retail, hotel, and parking projects
- With Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure set to reopen on April 30th, Disneyland Resort has extended the expiration dates on unused single day and multi-day tickets
- Adults over the age of 50 can make their appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccine starting on April 1st, and as of April 15th, appointments will open for all Californians over the age of 16
- Twitter user Drew (@DrewDisneyDude) posted a screen capture of some testing of the Incredicoaster as the park gets ready to welcome guests back next month
Tokyo Disney Resort
- At long last joining the United States parks, Tokyo Disney Resort will reportedly be introducing Mobile Ordering at its restaurants “soon”, per Kyodo News
Disneyland Paris
- The upcoming Cars Road Trip attraction has cruised onto the Walt Disney Studios Park map, alongside the release of two new images
Disney Cruise Line

- According to @DLPReport, the Disney Cruise Line is adding to its Summer 2021 itineraries with new cruises only in the UK, with departures from London Tilbury, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Southampton
New Merchandise
- Spring has sprung at the Disneyland resort, and to celebrate, a brand new pair of pastel rainbow ears bloomed in traditional Easter colors
- Three brand new puzzles are available at the Disneyland Resort today — two of which are new mini light-up puzzles that are replicas of the billboards found on Paradise Pier

- A different take on the recently-implemented content warnings on Disney+ brings one referencing the violent nature of the newest original series, Marvel’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
