Magic Kingdom
- The Swiss Family Treehouse has reopened today after a short refurbishment at Magic Kingdom
- In our park-hopping photo report, we started our day in the Magic Kingdom to see what new things we could find there, before heading over to see what bubbled up at Disney Springs
- Metal grating and heating elements are the newest additions to the Cinderella Castle stage as it undergoes a transformation along with the rest of the castle to bring some more Disney magic to the 50th anniversary celebration
- With more 50th anniversary decorations being added almost every day, two new pieces of bunting have been placed on Cinderella Castle as of this morning, and the painting of the castle’s turrets has also been completed

EPCOT
- As the makeover of the Morocco pavilion continues under Disney’s new management, changes have been popping up and the newest addition is a set of props in front of The Art of Henna
- Now that Innoventions West is officially demolished, work ramps up over at Innoventions East to make way for the new dining location and Mouse Gear
Disney Springs
- The new Rolling With My Peeps Donut hopped into Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at Disney Springs recently, and it may even be festive enough to replace your Easter basket this year
- The construction walls around Splitsville have finally come down, revealing an outdoor patio with bar-style counters and chairs for dining and relaxing
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- As the completion date of Summer 2021 looms closer, the refurbishment of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is showing more and more progress as the days go on and today, the construction walls around the Kiki Tikis Splash Play Area came down, leaving only a green barrier — and no friends from Montunui
Other Walt Disney World News
- The park hours for all four Walt Disney World theme parks have been extended for select days in April
- Progress continues on the World Drive entrance to Walt Disney World Resort as the crew is hard at work painting the supports for the “Most Magical Place on Earth” sign
- Later, we saw painting completed on the supports and work now entering the final phases of the refresh, as preparation begins on the Minnie Mouse marquee
Disneyland Resort
- Disneyland Resort attraction Cast Members are back in advance of the theme park’s April 30 reopening and a #PassThePhoneChallenge video initially shared by the Disney Parks TikTok account shows six Cast Members in front of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure attractions
- New COVID-19 guidance for theme parks has been released by the State of California detailing the state’s expectations for theme parks like Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Universal Studios Hollywood
Tokyo Disney Resort
- In an effort to make all Guests regardless of gender identity feel welcome at the park, the Oriental Land Company has changed the wording of all in-park announcements at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea from “Ladies and Gentlemen” to “Welcome Everyone”
- While Tokyo Disney Resort is known for its delicious and occasionally crazy seasonal treats, the Oriental Land Company has long taken care of food in the parks on their own—until now, because starting April 1st, select locations at Tokyo Disneyland will offer exclusive Beauty and the Beast-themed treats from the acclaimed Sadaharu AOKI Paris bakery
Disney Cruise Line
- Yesterday, we brought you a rumor of a series of UK-only cruises on the Disney Cruise Line and today, we can confirm as Disney has announced these new additions to the Summer 2021 Itinerary
New Merchandise
- Two brand new pairs of Minnie Mouse Ear Headbands have arrived at the Magic Kingdom — both iridescent and full of sequins, making for the perfect Disney Parks accessory this Spring
Entertainment and Media
Disney+
- Disenchanted, the much-anticipated sequel to 2007’s Enchanted, has its full starring cast confirmed to return, including Idina Menzel and James Marsden alongside already-announced cast members Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey
The Walt Disney Company
- Walt Disney Imagineering is reorganizing their Executive Leadership Team again and moving executives Bob Weis and Barbara Bouza into new leadership roles
WDW News Today
- When all three birds of a feather go missing in Mexico, you’ll have to ask, “Donde Esta Maintenance?” with this brand new T-shirt from WDWNT’s own merchandise store, the Carousel of Products
