One of EPCOT’s highly-anticipated attractions, the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coaster, is progressing with its construction. We spotted some new additions this morning at the park.

It appears workers are now once again working on the attraction’s exit (possibly connected to a gift shop) on the right side of the show building.

What appears to be an awning has been placed over the exit doorway. Last we had heard, there was some arguing over if there would be an exit shop due to fire code regulations, so it’s unclear if a store is indeed going to be located inside the building.

This coaster is just a portion of the overall changes and additions being constructed throughout the park. Although this was originally planned to be finished in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in October, it appears it will not be completed until some time in 2022.
