- “it’s a small world” clocktower received a colorful new makeover after reopening from a three day refurbishment
- New “Backside of Water” float celebrating Jungle Cruise is available at Sunshine Tree Terrace
EPCOT
- Cast members will have a “squeak” peek of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure before its official opening on October 1st
- Guest previews for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure before October 1 may also be a possibility, according to Walt Disney World President, Jeff Vahle
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Guests Will Find Out Who Bought the Coaxium They Stole on “Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run” Aboard Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel in a new video just released
- Guests will be able to participate in scavenger hunt tie-ins during a Batuu excersion while taking part in Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel
- The first dates have been announced for extended theme park evening hours in October exclusively for hotel guests
Other Walt Disney World News
- Given the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases in Orange County, Walt Disney World implemented that masks are required indoors once again starting today
- Walt Disney World Theme Park hours have been released through October 16
- Theme park hours for some days in August, September, and October have been extended
- Joe Gardner from “Soul” is announced to be another Fab 50 statue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- As Disney has slowly been releasing each of the “Disney Fab 50 Character Collection” statues, we have pieced together our full list of the remaining characters rumored to be displayed
- Disney now requiring all salaried and non-union cast members be vaccinated

- Limited and special release Jungle Cruise tiki mugs were available to guests at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar through mobile order

- It’s already the end of July, which means Halloween is just around the corner! Disney Tails at Marketplace Co-Op had a few barking good pet costumes out to start the season off.

- After yesterday’s news broke that Scarlett Johansson of Marvel’s Black Widow was suing Disney for breach of contract, news today came out that Marvel President Kevin Feige is also reportedly angry with Disney as well
- Imagineer legend Bob Gurr is being featured in an upcoming 20/20 special for the Walt Disney World 50th anniversary
- “Jungle Cruise” movie takes on water but doesn’t completely sink in our review of the attraction-based film
