My, oh, my, what a lovely day at M-K! Let’s get started!
Beginning our day with a ride on the ferryboats, two of the three vessels, including the Richard F. Irvine and Admiral Joe Fowler, are receiving maintenance to their top deck level railings.
Feeling the cool breeze of Halloween on Main Street U.S.A. (still sans any spooky balloons, we might add), we headed into The Emporium to find another wave of creepy new Halloween merchandise!
Adventureland continues to receive pavement upgrades as a fourth section in front of Swiss Family Treehouse is replaced.
Keeping along the pavement theme, more jungle green pavement stretches across Enchanted Tiki Room to Jungle Cruise.
Following Tortuga Tavern’s reopening, the Pirate Pear Slushy $5.49 featured sign in the center of the menu board has been removed in favor of the $5.99 version on either side.
Frontierland construction continues at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, where more of the boardwalk is replaced.
Staining at the bridge to Liberty Square is almost finished, with the walkway completed save the outer boards on the railings.
A foreboding new Haunted Mansion Loungefly wallet to match the backpack materialized into Momento Mori.
More colorful paint adorns the white backdrops of “it’s a small world” as the facade continues to become more vibrant.
Another section of pavement behind Cinderella Castle has been replaced and painted.
Construction makes way at TRON: Lightcycle Run as installation continues on the metal supports.
Over at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, the Monorail station is starting to take shape as stairs and railings are installed behind scaffolding.
Over at the leaky Disney’s Contemporary Resort, wet floor signs litter the levels, and cranes remove and add scrim to the building’s exterior daily.
We did find this Marvel mug featuring all of our favorite heroes (and villains) at Bayview Gifts for $19.99.
Thanks for following along today as we made our way around the Magic Kingdom and surrounding resorts!
