While the new EPCOT entrance loop has moved in to take over some of Future World East, reports that the Innoventions area music loop is completely gone are erroneous. We checked around Future World West today and heard the Innoventions music playing as we headed toward The Land and Imagination Pavilions.
The older music loop’s days of playing in the park may be numbered though. The Future World area itself is undergoing a change to become World Celebration as part of a larger rebrand of the pavilions and areas of the park.

To me, the music is iconic & can be incorporated into the new section. Why not? That BGM has been imprinted on many guest just walking through. When you come back, it subconsciously reminds your brain that you’re back at EPCOT. It’s the best BGM around- not overpowering, but invigorating enough.
Thankfully, they still play the old entrance loop in the shops and bathrooms around Spaceship Earth too! I went in to wash my hands and was on the verge of bawling LOL. That music is what really brought EPCOT all together. Truly a shame that they’ve replaced it with such a boring loop.
