Walt Disney World is rapidly approaching its 50th anniversary, and as our readers already know, many refurbishments have been ongoing around the Magic Kingdom. Today, Disney released a behind the scenes look at the work put into the park to make it shine for the celebrations.
Photos show Imagineers at work refurbishing art and attractions.
As pictured below, the 5 & 0 at “it’s a small world” have been given a gold leaf embellishment to stand out from the other numbers, as we reported in August.

I think the refurbishments are stunning and makes the parks look like they did years ago. She’s very well adorned with all the embellishments and tidied up. I absolutely love the iridescent colors in all 4 parks!!! They sparkle to much delight
