Disney ‘Pleased with the Demand’ for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

During The Walt Disney Company’s First Quarter 2022 Financial Results Conference Call, Disney CEO Bob Chapek was quoted saying that Disney is “pleased with the demand” for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, the newest upcoming Walt Disney World Resort.

So far, the road leading up to the opening of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser — its first voyage being March 1 — has been a rocky one.

With the preview video removed due to fan critique, many cancellations of reservations, and multiple staffing issues, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser has kept fans on their toes.

Disney may be “pleased with the demand” for the Starcruiser, but will passengers be pleased with the experience? With just under a month away until the first voyage, guests will have to wait and see what’s in store aboard the Halcyon.
