Trattoria al Forno and the BoardWalk Pizza Window at Disney’s BoardWalk have reopened after exterior refurbishment work around their façades. They were originally scheduled to reopen on June 18, but this was delayed to “late June.”

The refurbishment was on the guest room balconies above the food and beverage locations.
As such, the Pizza Window and Trattoria al Forno themselves don’t look any different.
A temporary location for the Pizza Window was actually available down the boardwalk during the closure.
The Pizza Window serves “super slices” of cheese and pepperoni pizza, mini cannolis, garden salads, fountain beverages, draft beer, RAMONA wine spritz, and sangria.
Trattoria al Forno
Next door is Trattoria al Forno, back to being open for breakfast and dinner.
While the Italian restaurant was closed, breakfast dining was available at The Flying Fish nearby.
Trattoria al Forno is open for breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It’s open for dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Disney’s BoardWalk Refurbishment
Disney’s BoardWalk has been undergoing an overall refurbishment over the past few years.
The lobby of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn was remodeled earlier this year with minimal changes. In December 2022, the new Carousel Coffee shop and seating area opened, replacing Dundy’s Sundries, which closed permanently in October. Decorations continued to be added over the following weeks.
The Cake Bake Shop, a new table-service restaurant and quick-service bakery, is under construction on the BoardWalk, replacing ESPN Club. The BoardWalk Bakery closed to make way for the BoardWalk Deli.
The funnel cake stand was also recently being worked on.
