One of the unique entertainment offerings at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. This year, Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle made their Magic Kingdom debut in their “Hocus Pocus” Sanderson Sisters costumes, along with several other changes.
Max Goof/Powerline Pre-Parade
The parade runs twice nightly at the separately-ticketed event. Performances step off at 9:15 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.
Before the parade begins, Max Goof (in his Powerline costume) is joined by dancers on Main Street, U.S.A. for a pre-parade party.
2023 Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade
The Headless Horseman rides down the parade route (weather permitting) on his intimidating steed, with his jack-o’-lantern head held aloft.
The lead float has the parade logo illuminated on the front. It’s followed by Mickey and all his friends as they welcome you to the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade.
This year, the float has been changed to a float from the “Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party” to include Mickey and his friends, but also the debut of Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle in their Sanderson Sister costumes.
The float is still led by a variety of characters like Snow White, Pooh, Pluto, Tigger, and more.
This float also had Chip ‘n’ Dale, moved up from the Country Bears unit. They were dressed up in new costumes as a pirate and a vampire, respectively.
Here’s a closer look at Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle in their Sanderson Sister costumes. Minnie is dressed up as Winnifred, Daisy is Sarah, and Clarabelle is Mary. These costumes first debuted aboard Disney Cruise Line for Halloween on the High Seas in 2022, and made their Oogie Boogie Bash debut at the Disneyland Resort that same year.
The next unit sees Wendy, Peter Pan, and the Lost Boys up to their antics while Tinker Bell rides atop a giant treasure chest float.
The Pirates of the Caribbean, including Captain Jack, Barbossa, and Angelica, ride the Black Pearl behind them. Barbossa was a new addition to the parade last year.
The fan-favorite Haunted Mansion gravediggers are next. They dance with shovels, which spark against the ground. The Bride floats behind, accompanied by the Ballroom Ghosts, stuck in their eternal dance.
The Hitchhiking Ghosts ride on a float designed to look like the stairs to the Mansion.
The next unit is not so scary, as the mood switches to a Halloween Hoedown. Scarecrow dancers precede a barn silo. In previous years, this unit featured dancers in more hoedown-style attire, and Clarabelle Cow was riding the silo float.
This year, though, Farmer Goofy has taken her place.
Next up are the Country Bears and Horace Horsecollar. He wasn’t in the first parade of the night, but made it just in time for the second.
Clara Cluck is perched peering out a barn window in a float behind them.
Vanellope von Schweetz returned, though Wreck it Ralph was notably absent.
The last unit brings a horde of villains, starting with Ursula, looking for her next target to sign a binding contract. She’s shadowed by Flotsam and Jetsam.
She’s followed by Cruella, who is being chauffeured through the parade by her henchmen, Jasper and Horace.
After that, the Queen of Hearts makes an appearance with a slew of card guards.
Then, a skeleton band shares a float with Pain and Panic from “Hercules.”
The baddest of the bad trail behind: Oogie Boogie, Anastasia and Drizella, Gaston, Bowler Hat Guy, and more walk the route.
A float follows with Jafar, the Evil Queen, and Maleficent.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that runs on select nights between August 11 and November 1.
