Magic Kingdom
- Another elephant statue has been installed in Magic Kingdom for the Smellephants on Parade activity, this time, themed to churros.
EPCOT
- The rainforest scene in Living with the Land has gotten an update, with brighter lighting.
- The exterior of CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT is almost done and construction walls have come down from a new pathway near Spaceship Earth.
Disney Springs
- In a statement to Orlando Business Journal, Walt Disney World said they would be open to a SunRail station at Disney Springs.
- Crews have now removed most of the decorative silver elements from the exterior of the former NBA Experience at Disney Springs.
- Crews are preparing the west side of Disney Springs for the new “Disney Dreams That Soar” drone show, which will be presented nightly above Lake Buena Vista beginning in late May.
- The new Vineyard Vines store at Disney Springs opened this weekend.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Walt Disney World has announced the dates for the first room refurbishment of Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
New Merchandise
- A new Tomorrowland ear headband has made its way to Walt Disney World.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom has more new merchandise for the 30th anniversary of “The Lion King,” which was released in theaters on June 15, 1994.
Disneyland Resort
- The queue for The Little Mermaid — Ariel’s Undersea Adventure has reopened with new Lightning Lane touch points.
