Hello, it’s me, Nana, again. I hope everyone is having a great Sunday! If you’re working like I am, we’ve got this!

EPCOT Photo Report

Today, I went to the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, aka EPCOT. I’m here to do a loop and review the new Snowy Mooncake from the China Global Marketplace in the China Pavilion.

A 2024 photo report captures a large geodesic sphere structure with metallic panels against a blue sky with scattered clouds, viewed from below with support columns and visitors at the base, evoking the iconic imagery of EPCOT.

I got to park in Heihei this morning and hoped I wouldn’t forget my parking spot. (Yes, I write down which row I parked, but I always ” lose” my car.) The line to get into the park was not bad for a Sunday.

People gather near the entrance of EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort, featuring the iconic geodesic sphere of Spaceship Earth under a clear blue sky in this 2024 photo report.

Everybody has a way of doing the loop around each park, Mine usually starts with merchandise checks and World Discovery, then I move clockwise through World Showcase, and finally circle back to World Nature. However, today I had to be in China by 11 a.m., so I went counterclockwise, which I don’t prefer. It gave me a weird vibe.

Shelves displaying purple cartoon-themed backpacks and bronze figurines of a seated man, with a $95 price tag on the figurines—an early look from our 2024 EPCOT photo report.

I didn’t really see anything new in Creations Shop. All the scavenger hunt prizes are still available, and the EPCOT “Walt the Dreamer” statue and Figment Loungefly are in stock. It also seems that the Food and Wine merchandise has not begun to sell out, either.

A black headband with a bow and Disney-themed mouse ears adorned with colorful character illustrations is displayed on a stand. In the background, there are blue and gray bags. This photo report captures the vibrant detail, hinting at the magical offerings for 2024 at EPCOT.

If you are a cat person like me and looking for Disney Cats Dooney & Bourke ear headband… It is still here at Port of Entry.

A PHOTO REPORT from 2024 showcases a pedestrian area at EPCOT with Native American totem poles and a tall stone building with a green roof under a clear blue sky. A construction barrier and trash bins are also present.

There have been rumors about a new quick-service or shopping location in Canada, but we haven’t seen any updates for a while.

A stone building with turrets and shield insignia sits behind a brown construction fence at EPCOT. A tree and lamppost are visible in the forefront, setting the scene for a 2024 photo report.

Will it turn out to be like Woody’s Lunch Box, with an extended seating area that gets forgotten for months? Yes, I know Woody’s lunch box’s seating area is under construction/refurbishment now.

Two framed heraldic family crests are displayed side by side on a wooden surface, reminiscent of an EPCOT photo report. The left crest is blue and yellow, and the right crest is red and yellow. Swords are mounted on the wall behind them in this 2024 scene.

Flying Walking to the U.K. pavilion… In The Crown & Crest, they had family crests referencing Marvel characters today.

Two framed family crest artworks displayed on a wooden surface. The left frame has a gold trim, and the right frame has a black trim. Each crest is set against a light background in the frames, reminiscent of the meticulous detail you'll see in an EPCOT photo report from 2024.

They are so creative and fun, that it’s one of the “EPCOT Must Sees” when visiting the park, in my opinion.

A hand holds a leaf with a small cutout in the shape of Mickey Mouse's head, with a blurred view of EPCOT's riverside walkway and buildings in the background—perfect for your 2024 photo report.

I didn’t see anything new at World Traveler, so I made my way to France. On my walk there, a Custodial Cast Member stopped me and gave me this. It made my day, it really did.

Some people who have stopped me in the park might know this, but when I’m walking around reporting, I tend to have a serious expression on (because the sun is bright and it’s hot). However, I’m not mean, mad, or annoyed — I actually enjoy talking to people.

Anyway, a big mahalo to the Custodial Cast Member who stopped me and gave me this Hidden Mickey leaf. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name so I could send a Cast Compliment. (Yes, people! Please send Cast Compliments when Cast Members make you feel special or happy.)

A busy interior scene at a fast-casual restaurant in EPCOT shows people in line. Chandelier lights hang from the ceiling, and multiple digital menu screens are displayed above, capturing the lively atmosphere in this 2024 photo report.

In France, this is how we can tell you the park is empty. Usually, this line for the bakery is extended all the way to the merchandise area, but today, the line could fit in the actual queue space.

I didn’t see any new merchandise in Morocco, Japan, or America. However, I did see a man washing his armpit in Morocco’s fountain. This is reason #732 why you shouldn’t try to drink water from fountains in the parks.

A row of birds perches on a black fence beside a calm lake, under the shade of leafy trees. Buildings and trees are visible across the water. Signs on the fence display informational and warning messages in this picturesque scene from EPCOT, perfect for a 2024 photo report.

Storks are napping. I would love to take a nap in EPCOT too, but maybe it’s too hot.

Image shows two red Disney-themed bags. The left is a backpack featuring Mickey Mouse with text "Italy Epcot World Showcase," and the right is a small purse with a Minnie Mouse illustration, perfect for your next PHOTO REPORT at EPCOT 2024.

In Italy, all the Lug bags are available today including the Minnie Mouse crossbody bag, if you are looking for them!

A clothing store display at EPCOT, featuring various shirts, hats, and other apparel items neatly arranged on shelves and racks, looks picture-perfect for a 2024 photo report.

Here is some other Italy merchandise available, so you can see what they have there.

A display shelf with various stuffed toys including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, teddy bears, and Dumbo brings a whimsical charm to the room. Taking center stage in a glass case is a Mickey Mouse holding a daisy. This scene looks like it belongs in an EPCOT 2024 photo report.

I next hopped over to Germany. We’re looking for an expensive Steiff Stitch plush, but he’s still not here yet.

An outdoor food stand with traditional Chinese architecture, labeled "China," featuring open windows with drink dispensers and serving counters beneath a blue-tiled roof. Perfectly captured in a 2024 EPCOT photo report, it stands beautifully under partly cloudy skies.

Made it to China before 11 a.m.! Today’s big event! “Nana’s review of Snowy Mooncake.” Stay tuned for my review!

People sitting and dining in a festival-themed room, decorated with various posters and a large screen displaying "Epcot International Food and Wine Festival." A man is walking near the wall. This scene captures the vibrant atmosphere for an upcoming 2024 photo report on EPCOT's celebrated event.

I didn’t see anything new from Norway or Mexico. So I walked to the Odyssey to check on the Muppets Brew-Wing Lab photo op but it’s still gone… This is reason #384 that we cannot have nice things in the parks.

A curved hallway with fluorescent lights on the left and a person in a light purple cartoon character costume posing in front of a blue backdrop on the right, reminiscent of an EPCOT 2024 photo report.

Of course it’s not an EPCOT day without checking on our savior, Figment! His footprints are still missing from the wall. Nobody was in line to see Figgy, so I jumped in the line to say hi to him.

A small stage area with a blue curtain backdrop is surrounded by Disney-themed wall murals featuring Mickey Mouse in various poses, reminiscent of an EPCOT attraction. The floor boasts a colorful geometric pattern, creating the perfect setting for a memorable photo report.

I also went to check the old Disney 100 Mickey and Minnie greeting area at the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival. It’s still untouched, and I miss the pair meeting together.

Moving on to The Land, and they are still playing the original 1982 music loop there. Sunshine Seasons is offering the Caramel Apple Milk Shake.

A display shelf at EPCOT features a charming collection of plush stuffed animals, including yellow spotted turtles, blue sharks with open mouths, and orange clownfish, all neatly arranged in rows. Perfect for your 2024 PHOTO REPORT!

My next-to-last stop, The Seas! Lots of eyes are looking at me. This is how Tom must feel when he goes to the parks!

The Ocean Life exhibit is still closed. I love checking whether the sea urchins are wearing their ear hats or not… They love to wear things like rocks or shells. So the Cast Members there put mini ear hats on them. I guess, I have to wait to see them… Hope they are doing great.

Entrance to the "Treasures of Xandar" store under a large sign with the same name, located in a building with gray walls and a partly cloudy sky in the background.

I was planning to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind today, so I didn’t check out Treasures of Xandar earlier. However, I didn’t succeed in getting a Virtual Queue, so I’m going to check it out now.

By the way, what’s your favorite song from the ride? My absolute favorite is “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.” It’s been my favorite song since long before the ride opened, and when I experienced it for the first time during the AP preview, I cried. In my opinion, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” fits really well with the ride. If I could travel to space, I would play that same song and go.

In this 2024 EPCOT photo report, a mannequin dressed as a sci-fi character dons a blue face mask, red jacket, gray pants, and black boots while holding a box resembling a retro cassette player. Shoppers browse in the background.

Back to my reporting… I didn’t see anything new in the shop. But one of the mannequins was ready for the Halloween.

Well, this will conclude my Disney Princess Diary. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. Don’t forget to tell your family and friends how much you appreciate and love them, because tomorrow is never promised. Much Mahalo, and see you real soon!

P.S. Nana found her car easily today! (In case you were wondering…)
