We caught an EPCOT guest with an “Out of Order” sign that they seemingly stole from the Italy pavilion.
Guest Hangs ‘Out of Order’ Sign on Knee Scooter at EPCOT
We first photographed the sign in the Italy pavilion on Tuesday morning. In the photo above, it’s hanging on the right water fountain below the “Luca” mural (part of Chalk Full of Character at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts). It’s a small red tag reading “Out of Order.”
In a surprising coincidence, we saw the sign again a few hours later. This time, it was hanging from the handle of a guest’s knee scooter. It seems the guest, whose foot is in a cast, snatched the “Out of Order” sign to hang on their scooter as a joke about their own out-of-order foot.
We spotted the guest near Connections Cafe, so they had brought the sign across the park.
It’s a relatively tame guest story compared to other recent incidents, which include a woman attacking her own mother, a guest caught trying to bring cocaine into Magic Kingdom, a Florida woman who walked backstage at EPCOT and bit a deputy, and another guest who was arrested for blocking Casey’s Corner and poking a deputy.
