Disney has announced a reopening date for Grizzly River Run at Disney California Adventure. The ride has been closed for refurbishment since January 5.

Grizzly River Run Reopening Date

Grizzly River Run is scheduled to reopen on Friday, March 27, 2026.

We recently saw scaffolding and other construction materials removed from the river rapids ride. Disney then re-filled the flume and ran rapids just a few days ago.

The refurbishment was for general maintenance and we don’t expect any major differences to the attraction.
