As EPCOT’s Refreshment Port is transformed into La Poutinerie, progress is steadily being made. The kiosk has been closed since January 12.
Refreshment Port Refurbishment

We first noticed construction walls pop up in early March. While it doesn’t appear from the outside that a lot has happened at the stand that we can see so far, we did notice some construction night lights put in place.

Construction night lights can be seen on the left side of the eatery. Without discernable visible changes made so far, we assume the work being done thus far has been in the kitchen inside the stand.
The Walt Disney World website still does not list a reopening date for Refreshment Port. The calendar is currently available through June 26 and the venue is still listed as closed through that date.
La Poutinerie Concept Art

Air Canada, the stand sponsor, revealed concept art for the updated venue earlier this month. Refreshment Port already sold poutine so the update may be more of an aesthetic one. Concept art shows new signage, information boards, and geese figures flying out of a tree.
The description from Air Canada reads: “A taste of Canada at EPCOT. La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada brings a Canadian classic with a twist.”
Air Canada is the Official Canadian Airline of Walt Disney World Resort offering various Disney perks to guests who book through them and become Aeroplan Members.
