BREAKING: Virtual Queue & Kangaroos for Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station, More Details Revealed

Bluey’s Wild World Virtual Queue

Bluey’s Wild World opens on May 26, the start date for Cool Kids’ Summer at Walt Disney World.

Guests will need to join a virtual queue to experience Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station, the Wildlife Express Train, Jumping Junction, and the Animal Care experiences at Conservation Station.

While a standby queue will not be available during the location’s initial opening period, Disney expects to open a standby queue at a later date.

Guests can request to join the virtual queue via the My Disney Experience app at one of two times: 7 a.m. or 10 a.m.

  • To request to join the virtual queue at 7 a.m., valid admission is required and, if applicable, a theme park reservation to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Guests do not need to be in Disney’s Animal Kingdom when joining.
  • To request to join at 10 a.m., valid admission to Disney’s Animal Kingdom is required. Guests must be in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to join.

To experience anything at Conservation Station, guests need to take the Wildlife Express Train located near Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Bluey and Bingo Fun and Games

Disney describes Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station was “a playful and immersive experience” where guests will join Bluey and Bingo for their family’s famous activities, including games like Keepy Uppy and the transformative power of Magic Asparagus. As a grand finale to the fun, a shower of bubbles celebrates the whole experience.

Conservation Station has dropped the Rafiki’s Planet Watch name.

Animal Care at Conservation Station

As Disney previously stated, Conservation Station will still feature long-time animal care offerings which guests can view. These include the Veterinary Treatment Room; Animal Nutrition Window; Amphibian, Reptile and Invertebrate Windows; and Science Center.

See Animals from Australia at Jumping Junction

Affection Section is renamed Jumping Junction, where guests will now get to see kangaroos and wallabies in a shared habitat. Disney didn’t clarify, but it sounds like the area is no longer a petting zoo.

  • Wallabies and kangaroos are both marsupials, meaning their babies (called joeys) continue to develop in their mom’s pouch after they are born.
  • Kangaroos are larger while wallabies are nearly half the size.
  • Both a group of kangaroos and a group of wallabies are called a mob.

Bluey Merchandise

Find the new Bluey merchandise collection at Conservation Station or at Island Mercantile on Discovery Island. Items include a youth rain jacket, youth gray pullover, youth t-shirt, adult sweatshirt, and adult t-shirt.

Select baby care products will also be available for purchase at Conservation Station, such as diapers, wipes, sunscreen, over-the-counter medications, and formula.
