Walt Disney Imagineering has filed another permit for Alien Swirling Saucers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios after loading procedures recently changed—this time to install signage.
Alien Swirling Saucers Sign Permit
The permit contracts Design Communications Ltd. Recently, the company has also created signage for the reimagined Animation Courtyard, updated Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and revamped Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.
Though the notice doesn’t provide details about the signage that will be installed, it could be related to a set installation permit filed in May and changes to the loading procedures at Alien Swirling Saucers. The ride now uses a numbered system, with numbered stars in the holding area and freshly numbered vehicles. New signage could further explain this loading procedure.
