The fries were cooked to perfection, plus the mixture of honey and cheese was the exact balance of sweet and salty. This is easily one of the best EPCOT festival poutine dishes we’ve ever tasted.

*NEW* Country Boy Brewing Raspberry Lemon Hard Cider, Lexington, KY (6.9% ABV) – $12.00

From correspondence with Country Boy Brewing: “Country Boy Brewing’s Raspberry Lemon Cider is fermented with our house Ale yeast rather than a wine or champagne strain. This creates a full-bodied, dry cider base perfect for the addition of Raspberry and Lemon juice.  The combination of an apple base with added fruits creates a balanced finish of sweet and tart.”

Villa Maria Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand ($19/bottle) – $6.50

From Villa Maria: “Our Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of citrus fruits, lime and grapefruit that leap from the glass. The flavors on the palate showcase fresh herbs, lemongrass and passionfruit. The intense fresh fruit concentration is balanced with zesty acidity and is perfectly thirst-quenching.”

Frozen Mojito with Boyd & Blair Rum ($30/bottle) – $13.00

Another strong cocktail in contrast to the many weak festival cocktails. It’s easy to drink, though very potent.
