France has had a Global Marketplace at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival since its inception in 1996. “Fall in love with classic French cuisine—like Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages and more.” This year, the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs from August 28 – November 22, 2025.

This is very good for a simple cheese and bread dish. There is an unexpected savory flavor that we really enjoyed. The portion of cheese and bread is nice, and we would get this again.

While the pastry is buttery and flaky, it is also slightly dry. We also wish the portion would have leaned more toward the escargot rather than the croissant. Overall, these are good with a great sauce.

*NEW* Boeuf Bourguignon, Purée de Pommes de Terre: Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs with Potato Purée – $8.95

Beef stew with sauce and vegetables served over mashed potatoes in a white paper tray—a Food & Wine favorite.

The seasoning on this dish was excellent, but we have had better. For a quick-service festival dish, this was great.

This dessert surprised us. We did not expect it to be as good as it is. The compote was fresh and delicious.

*NEW* L’Oceade Atlantique Sauvignon Blanc ($13/bottle) – $6.95

From Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd.: “This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has seen the ‘Atlantic spray.’ It is fresh and crisp with aromas of white flowers, pear, apple, and citrus fruits. A classic expression with perfect balance and elegance.”

*NEW* Instant Becot Bordeaux ($16/bottle) – $6.95

From Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd.: “Instant Bécot is a seductive and velvety wine. The bouquet reveals pretty red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the tannins are supple, the wine is dense and silky and beautiful notes of candied fruits express themselves over a long and caressing finish. So it’s a very nice bottle, delicate and tasty.”

Chilled French Cosmo: Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka ($27/bottle), Grand Marnier ($36/bottle), and Simply Cranberry Juice – $14.95

A hand holds a red cocktail in a martini glass, Food & Wine style, with sparkling water blurred in the background.
Chilled French Cosmo: Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka ($27/bottle), Grand Marnier ($36/bottle), and Simply Cranberry Juice – $14.95

This a very simple drink that just tastes like cranberry juice and liquor. While it is not anything creative, it is definitely something that would be easy to drink. It could be improved as a slush or over ice.
