Tokyo Disney Resort has announced that Disney Premier Access, the paid ”FastPass” program seen at Disneyland Paris, will debut on May 19. Two attractions will offer Premier Access: The Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast at Tokyo Disneyland and Soaring: Fantastic Flight at Tokyo DisneySea.
