It’s another beautiful day here at Universal Orlando! We decided to start the day creeping around Universal Studios Florida and check in on the Tribute Store.

A lot of the merchandise is selling quickly, but you can now pre-order T-shirts in your size if they’re sold out. Some items are sold out, but it looks like new ones might be taking their place!

A new comic book cover style shirt is available at the Tribute Store, and we weren’t the only ones going crazy trying to grab one!

We even found a new “30 Years, 30 Fears” shirt in the UOAP Lounge. Passholders can now purchase this amazing shirt featuring some icons from past years.

Over in San Francisco, we stopped to grab some JAWS pressed pennies. The Hello Kitty one might be my favorite.

Krusty the Clown and Sideshow Bob were hanging out together in Springfield.

We spotted some Team Members wearing the new UOTM face masks. They aren’t available to guests, but one of the friendly TMs offered to model his for us.

Always love seeing Gru!

Let’s head over to Islands of Adventure next.

On the way, we noticed the work has been completed just outside of Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen.

Over at Islands of Adventure, the first thing we notice is a very blue lagoon. The water is extremely vibrant today.

Yes, it is really that blue!

Honeydukes has sugar quills for 50% off and Dark Mark lollipops are 2 for $5.

Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is experimenting with stand by queue only today. The area between Hogsmeade and the Lost Continent is usually overcrowded due to the process of checking Virtual Line times before guests get into an actual line, but the area seems much more calm now. The wait time seemed to be around 25 minutes throughout the afternoon when we checked the app, so that’s another positive sign that this could work. We’ll have to see what happens over the weekend.

Construction continues over in Jurassic Park. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the new support beams that have shown up near one of the show buildings. We’re sure track will be installed soon, so stay tuned for our next update.

Face painting has returned to Universal, including the location next to the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. Face painting has been modified due to face mask requirements.

Navigators Club will be serving annual passholders above Confisco Grille until August 20. They’ve also decided to offer some dishes exclusively to annual passholders. Pad Thai will be available until August 6.

A cute little sign has appeared at Green Eggs and Ham advertising the bacon cheeseburger platter.

Set enhancements seem to be complete in Seuss Landing, with walls down and just a few barricades in the area.

A small wall has gone up in the Lost Continent, probably hiding some minor repairs.

That’s all for this trip to Universal Orlando Resort. Be sure to keep following Universal Parks News Today for all the latest updates!
