Walt Disney World Adds Availability to Disney Park Pass for Disney Resort Guests

Thinking of canceling your vacation because you weren’t able to book a theme park reservation? It seems that Walt Disney World has added additional slots on days that were previously full for Walt Disney World Resort Guests, so that more Guests will be able to visit the parks!

Looking at the availability calendar for Disney Resort Guests in July, dates that were previously full were July 15th, 17th, and 18th. Each of those dates is now showing availability for every theme park. Of course, July 15th is a big day as all Walt Disney World Resort theme parks will officially reopen to the public.

At the moment, only additional availability has been added for Disney Resort Guests and there’s been no changes to the Theme Park Tickets Guests or Annual Passholder calendars. If that changes, we’ll be sure to update you!

Of course, continue to follow along with us at WDWNT as we begin to cover the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks reopening.

  1. So how many people are they really letting in? If they still have slots after the folks that have resort reservations and annual pass holders it makes you wonder.

  2. The Disney Resort Guests tab is not on the site to book the park reservations. We called and Disney they said park tickets are not available yet for those with 2020 resort reservations. Very frustrating.

  3. I wonder how many people had to cancel their upcoming trips due to new quarantine rules in place for travelers coming back from Florida? Maybe that’s why there are additional slots available.

  4. I have a Disney Cruise scheduled to end September, and five days earlier, reservation for Art of Animation Resort. And of course, international air tickets. What I don’t have? Park Tickets. If I need to cancel the whole thing just because I don’t have the park tickets, it’s gonna be frustrating.
